The student will be able to simplify algebraic expressions, solve linear equations, fractional equations, systems of linear equations and quadratic equations. They will be able to graph functions. Factoring, exponents, radicals and ratio and proportion along with logarithms will complete the algebra section. In trigonometry the student will solve right triangles and use the sine/cosine laws to solve oblique triangles. Graphing trigonometric functions, solving trigonometric equations, applying vectors, and radian measure, concludes the trigonometry section.
