The purpose of this course is to provide students with the fundamental physics of various body tissues and systems. The structure, composition and function of various tissues and systems will be examined with an emphasis placed on mechanical properties, electrical properties and various other physics related properties found within the human body. Discussions will include the make-up of the human body as it relates to internal mechanics and how various processes are performed.
