Health Services is open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm (closed 12-1 pm daily). To book an appointment, please call reception at 519-972-2727 ext 4484. Same-day appointments are available.
Appointments are typically focused on a single health concern. If you are experiencing multiple health concerns, please let us know when you are booking an appointment, as you may require more than one appointment.
Please have your health card or student insurance card ready when checking in.
Since medical and counselling appointments are in high demand, your prompt cancellation will give another client the opportunity to access timely medical care.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, please provide 24 hours notice. If you do not provide notice and do not come for your appointment, you may be subject to a missed appointment charge of $60.00.
Arriving late for your appointment could result in having to reschedule your appointment, a missed appointment charge, and longer waiting times for yourself and others. To cancel or report a late appointment, please call (519) 972-2380 and leave a message if outside of clinic hours.
We appreciate your compliance and understanding with this policy so that we can continue to provide excellent medical care. Please note:
- All patients are encouraged to arrive at the clinic at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to register. Please have your health card or Student VIP card ready.
- There is no fee for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment within 24 hours notice.
