This course presents an introduction to pharmaceutical dosage forms, their use, advantages and disadvantages. It includes factors that influence the stability, the storage of medications and the administration of drugs. This course also gives an introduction to the history, organization, function and standards of practice of Pharmacy. Ethics will also be discussed. The Roles of the Pharmacy Technician and the Pharmacist will be explained. Third Party Drug Plans are explained.
