In this course, students will examine related Federal Statutes and how the Charter of Rights interacts with them. Students will learn how to access primary research sources to find relevant case law and how to interpret elements of the most serious of criminal offences against person, property and public order., Applications of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act is also covered in this course.
