This course will be given to demonstrate concepts, knowledge, and practical application of vocal technique through study and presentation. During the lecture portion of PART 625, Learners will continue study of the textbook. The Structure of Singing begun in Vocal Techniques V, PART 525. Particular attention will be given unifying the Registers of Male and Female voices and Vowel Modification associated with High-note singing. Study will include learning of the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA). During this, the final semester of study, Learners will be expected to demonstrate through competence of vocal technique, as applied to their individual voice. Further they will be asked to demonstrate command of interpretive values as applied to an audition programme they will assemble during the course of the semester.
