The focus of this course is to prepare nursing students for their transition into their professional workplaces. The emphasis will be threefold: investigation of the systemic forces underlying the nursing workforce, understanding the variables impacting inter-professional relationships and practicing communication strategies as protective factors for graduate nurses to elevate their own well-being.
