In this course students will understand how and why to create and deliver a relevant visual content story that engages potential consumers. They will learn about graphic design, the phycology of colour, and advertising techniques as these are merged and put into practice to create a compelling message. Students will learn how to conceive marketing content for engaging, branded visual communications that create awareness, drive brand and capture consumer attention. Using industry standard applications, students will create visual, graphical materials to support advertising and marketing communication initiatives for current mediums. This course will also give students a strong foundation in design terminology and industry best practices.
