This Graduate Certificate course supports students in gaining an understanding of the process, theories, techniques, and practices involved in developing and administering a compensation system. This Graduate Certificate course will examine the principles involved in developing and maintaining effective salary and wage compensation programs for employees through the study of compensation policies, techniques and HR objectives. Students will also explore topics including job analysis, job evaluation, labour market surveys, job pricing and salary administration.
