This course expands on the investment concepts introduced in Investment Principles I. Emphasis is placed on the "fundamental" approach of analyzing securities, which includes analysis of the market, industries, and individual companies. Technical analysis, another well-known approach to stock selection, is also explored. Students are exposed to some of the theoretical aspects of capital markets and modern portfolio selection.
