This is a course intended to provide biomedical engineering technology students with a foundation in biopotential amplification and leakage current. Upon completion of this course, students will have the ability to analyze and troubleshoot various electronics aspects related to medical equipment. They will be exposed to theoretical and practical applications of electronics, such as: electrical safety, signal isolation, diode, and amplifier circuits.
