In this, the fourth learning module in the Master Certificate is focused on industry standard software tools than can help you manage projects, programs, and multiple tasks. This module provides comprehensive training covering the skills required to create a work breakdown structure (WBS), logical network diagrams, Gantt charts, identify tasks, assign resources to tasks, create a project calendar, and create custom reports to monitor progress using different views to track budgets, schedule, and task status. You also learn how to create project plan templates including risk, decision tables, that you can reuse on other projects and tasks, which significantly improves your organization's efficiency. All module content is compliant with the project management theory, practices, and standards of the Project Management Institute. Students are provided with best practices along with plenty of real-life project management examples all in a hands-on interactive format to enhance learning.

This course, using a simple case study, will be delivered through a combination of lectures, and practical labs, personal assignments as well as hands-on group activities culminating in the creation of project documentation consisting of Requirements diagrams, Scope diagrams such as a WBS, Scheduling diagrams, Integrated Cost & Schedule diagrams, Risk diagrams, Problem Solving (root cause analysis) and Decision Making diagrams, Requirements Traceability & Management, and more, making this a complete learning experience.

Content of all MCPM+T modules will be delivered in compliance with PMI®'s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge® (PMBOK®), as well as, supporting standards for Requirements Engineering & Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Development.
