Management Accounting I | St. Clair College

Management accounting, focusing on internal customers, will identify, measure, analyze, interpret and communicate information that assists executives and managers in fulfilling organizational goals. Topics emphasized include: activity-based costing, budgets, standards, variance analysis, income effects of alternative costing methods, and cost behaviour. Interlaced throughout are insights into human relations and motivational problems inherent in the role of the accountant. Pre-Requisite: ACC 320.
